Have not heard Granite City PD on primary frequency for acouple days now, anyone know if they switched to Starcom ?

Granite City Police department, in Madison County, is now on Starcom21,
what appears to be full-time.

If anyone knows the frequencies used at Tri-City Speedway in Granite City/Pontoon Beach I'd really like to know them. Thanks.
The only TG's I've seen so far are

7921 1ef1 D GranitCtyPD Granite City Police: Dispatch Law Dispatch
7922 1ef2 D GrCty PD c2c Granite City Police: Car-to-Car Law Tac

But often it seems the next TG, as 7923 may be, will be Encrypted.

The VHF Repeater system is still up and has been used very little lately.

Ok I added 7921 and 7922 talk groups to my PRO-106 but what RR "site" do I need for the frequencies. I have tried Edwardsville and everything else near that I can think of for the TSYS but no luck yet. Im $500 and many hour into this and about to go crazy.

I've been hearing them on the Belleville Starcom21 tower (site 3-005) monitoring the 866.86250 control channel. If you use the wildcard then you'll also hear a lot of ISP traffic on this tower. I live in Clinton County and I hear this tower clearly using a rubber duckie antenna.
