How do i program my scanner for SAFE-T?
Thanks

It's a Motorola 800mHz trunked system...I don't know if Grant Co. is conventional or analog, but the state police are digital, except mutual aid channels.

Program your scanner for the Marion (Grant) location on the Safe-T page.

To start, it's best to just search the tower to know what you'll hear on a consistent basis. Then you can program scan lists based on what you hear.

All of the Grant County Talkgroups are digital.
First, you'll have to make sure you have the correct scanner for digital talkgroups

Wirelessly posted (LGE-VX9100/1.0 UP.Browser/6.2.3.2 (GUI) MMP/2.0)

also, not sure if the database has been updated to show this, but grant county went thru rebanding in very late 2009. All talkgroups are digital. County fire is starting to be simulcast on 800 as well with main traffic on vhf (154.250).
