Grant county (Mac dispatch) encrypted or non encrypted

Hello All is grant county encrypted or non encrypted for mac dispatch? radio reference data base says phase 1 digital if i read it correctly. can someone confirm or deny it?

Umm...Law enforcement or fire? All mode "DE" talkgroups are fully encrypted (all law enforcement)

ok so it is encrypted, thanks i figured it out how to tell, so if im reading the radio reference database correctly its saying grant county in eastern washington is the only encrypted county for law, is it correct? or am i missing something, it says for the other countys instead of grant either phase 1 or 2 or convential analog. i wana set up a sister to listen in grant county to the other counties near by for her entertainment needs.

yes i fugured it out took some time, im just wondering what else is encrypted near grant county, everything i read says conventional in eastern washington.

As far as surrounding counties around Grant... Chelan, Douglas, Okanogan and Lincoln and mostly conventional analog in the clear, Adams county law enforcement is digital UNencrypted (fire being Analog still) and Spokane County is mainly Digital UNencrypted. The exception to some of this are Law Tac and Ops channels that are encrypted, but most dispatch is open.

Good to know i can set up my sister tammara up with a scanner to listen to everything else,
