I know they have a licence listed on the FCC web site, and last night I heard Carter Co. S.O. being dispatched to help them.

This is the frequency I found for them 151.4450, so I need the tone for it please.

Have you tried hooking the scanner audio to your pc and use commtekk tone decoder ComTekk Multi Tone Decoder or antistatic.org - winctcss
it works have used both before.
