I have the psr-500 and need someone to kindly send me the file for Vance county, North Carolina; 27536. I have Win500 downloaded and installed, the USB cable and drivers in place; but, because I am blind, I hate to pay the premium subscription price and then find out I cannot get my scanner programmed because of lack of vision. Any help would be most welcome.
