GRE America now selling Alinco radios

New on the GRE America site is a link to wideband receivers and amateur radios. GRE America, Inc. - grecom scanner receiver, lcd modules, spread spectrum radio, wireless bridge, scanner antenna, scanner pre-amps.

The link on GRE's web site may be new, but the "marketing agreement" between Alinco and GRE was announced back in March.

Here's the item from Amateur Radio Newsline on March 5, 2010:

RADIO BUSINESS: GRE TO ASSUME ALINCO SALES AND SERVICE

GRE, Inc, best known as an original electronics manufacturer and Alinco, Inc. have announced an new marketing agreement. One under which G-R-E America, Inc. will distribute, offer customer support, and provide warranty and non-warranty repair for radios and amplification equipment under the Alinco brand for all of North America.

Under the agreement, GRE, Inc. will be the exclusive distributor of Alinco products in Canada, USA, and Mexico and will handle all warranty service and parts orders. GRE will also provide out-of warranty service as will other currently authorized Alinco service centers. (GRE)

Yea, read that when it was released guys. Just noticed the new link on the GRE America web page and all subsequent web pages that are new to the site, and decided to give folks who were interested some new information. It may coincide with the Dayton visit this week.
