Anything new to report on a base/mobile unit of the 800 at the CES show?
Hope it has a screen that is bigger then there previous mobile scanners.I was told by GRE the PSR800 "base" would not be released until mid 2012.
Man i can not wait for this one.I was told by GRE the PSR800 "base" would not be released until mid 2012.
Funny, I want it to be more like the PSR600, with keys, bigger screen, P25 Phase II, and other modes if possible with a few new bells and whistles. And most important not dependent on a database, program it yourself with only what you want in it.My wish is for a mobile version of the psr800 that can log all data to a computer and be remote controlled like the psr600 and programmed like the psr800.
well...
The PSR-900 working model on display at the CES show.
Showing off the 'remote head' connected by some flat black color cable.
Two round magnets on the back of it to attach it to any metal objects and a SD Card in the main part of the unit,
Should be release in the 2nd quarter.
The specs are the same as the PSR-800 per the GRE Comparison chart from the show.
&
PSR-120 (Conventional Scanner) was also on display.
It's a 0-9 'BANK' scanner.
That might be the only thing to save this model, with Phase II coming to our area, it may be your only choice.Any official word on P25 Phase II TDMA decoding?
