GRE E-mail addy for RMA?

I contacted GRE about my bricked PSR500.

They EMed me back:


Hi Brandon,

I can't think of anything else to try that you haven't already. Is the unit
still under warranty? If so, let's get it back for a checkup and repair.

When I EMed the info back, it got returned, this isnt a good EM addy.

Does anyone have the correct E mail addy to send this info to?

Use the GRE Website to communicate

Go back to the GRE website support area and log in. Then go to the view tickets and submit a reply under your original ticket number and supply the information they requested.

Do all your communication with them on their website.
