GRE410 and ARC300 help

Im not a tech so please bare with me. I have the RR cable and ARC300 software. I imported the frequencies to bank one and it shows on the clipboard. I then hooked up the cable and hit up load to scanner. It goes through the upload and says complete but in the scanner nothing shows up or is entered. Please in easy terms. Do I need to be in a certain mode to download in to scanner? What am I doing wrong?

Did a quick search here on RR, and arc300 does not work with that scanner. The 410 is an analog version of the PSR-600. Win500 software has programming for the 310 built in. The main reason that arc300 doesn't work, is that the 410 has scanlists like the 600. Upgrade your software. It will work then

ARC300 does not work with a GRE410, you need ARC310 instead.
