That was more like an area specific post xerb. Scott Walton is a familiar face on the local TV stations. He does a lot of the public information stuff that Lucky Lamons used to do for Tulsa Police Dept.

I think the original poster was poking a little fun at Scott for actually getting out from behind a desk and doing some "real" police work out in the field.

Hopefully that clears some stuff up for you.
