Court actions sound in line with other reports.
I have seen posts pointing to the Cleveland Muni Courts in that TG range (56202, 56203 & 56206). I've monitored traffic on TG56211 regarding towing repossessed vehicles. I've noted radio id's 1828xxx for TG56211.

After lunch today I detected several new talk groups. Apologies if these have already been posted:
56053--radio testing
56056--radio testing
56062--tapping on mic, then later, "Ops car 7, radio check." "Operations, car 7."
56068--1529hrs Tones (Aircraft Rescue & Fire Fighting-ARFF?)

Over the last week, I've monitored radio tests on the above TG's plus TG56057. The radio id's for most of the tests were 1842xxx. But earlier today I saw a radio id of 1844xxx on TG56068 and also a test from radio id 1043 (which should be a console).
Just after 8 pm this evening I monitored the following on TG56068 "Fire 14 to Station 1". I didn't hear a reply.

I got tones going off on this talkgroup said airport fire testing so maybe Burke or Hopkins my guess would be Burke not much happens down their and cleveland fire always talks to hopkins fire when they have a alert-2 with a plain on its way in.

Testing on multiple TG's
This morning I've been hearing radio testing on TG1 and multiple tone transmissions on TG56053.
The testing on TG1 is being done with radio's having id's 4180xxx. Tester is inside a building and doing tests first with a short antenna then switching to a longer antenna.

Schaaf Road Tower
Followup on the Cleveland Schaaf Road tower. The microwave dish at the top of the tower was repositioned. It used to point South ( I assume towards the Brecksville tower), now it's pointed towards the South West (possibly Brookpark, Airport or maybe Strongsville).
One other note, this morning I noticed I was receiving choppy transmissions. I saw that the signal level had dropped to 2 to 3 bars. Typically I get 3 to 4 bars with no antenna. With an antenna solid 5 bars. Around 10:15 the signal strength went back to normal (5 bars).
Other sysems that I monitor (Parma & MARCS-IP), had normal readings.

My Cleveland reception seems a bit better today .. But hard to say if it was result of anything they did or just weather conditions. Also heard the TG1 test traffic this morning.

rumor has it that fire dept is next, pushing cpd up a few months, when they start install i'll let ya know, another rumor is encryption, swat, narc and some misc radios will have it.

TG56062 & TG56063 Hopkins Airport Ops
Per traffic monitored this afternoon TG56062 is Hopkins (Ops) Operations. Radio id's are 1842xxx and the Console id is 1041. Traffic on this TG (channel) will be in the clear.
TG56063 (currently) has three different designations. It was referred to as Hopkins 2 by the Operations Console (1041). But, it was also referred to by the Security group as the Security Clear channel and also the Security Encrypted channel. For now three different designations (and channels on the radio's) for the same TG. From the conversations they were supposed to go live this afternoon at 2. Some body needs to sort this out, there are plenty of TG's available.
The Console (1041) cannot hear encrypted traffic (no audio). The Console see's the channel in use and the radio id, but does not hear any audio (when the traffic is encrypted). To monitor the encrypted traffic the Operator at the Console has to use a portable radio with encryption enabled.
Also monitored radio checks by Concourse Operations on TG56063.

Both are set to Digital, unencrypted. I can only guess that even though you mentioned encryption, there would not have been encryption on TG56063 since you actually heard some communications.

Hmm, so I should label those as Security Operations and not just Airport Operations ?

TG56080 Burke Radio Check
Burke Operations did a radio check at 2:45 pm on TG56080 with a radio id of 1843xxx. Hopkins Operations replied to Burke, copy loud and clear.
Hopkins radio's id's are 1842xxx.
Burke radio's id's are 1843xxx.
Monitored a second round of the radio checks from Burke to Hopkins at 3:05 pm, this time on TG56007.
Burke Operations did a radio check at 2:45 pm on TG56080 with a radio id of 1843xxx. Hopkins Operations replied to Burke, copy loud and clear.

This is the old channels that ARFF had on the old system that i knew of.so i'm sure its going to have a few talkgroups at hopkins and burke.I have been monitoring the new ones and if i can help with some i'll let you all know asap its not easy when they dont say what the talkgroup is lol
