GRECOM PSR 800 on MSWIN

I just purchased a refurbished GRECOM PSR 800 and have updated all the firmware to 1.8 and 1.3 and it stops on MSWIN channels gives the ID of the unit talking but no sound. I know they are transmitting because I can hear them on my 536HP.

No experience with the PSR800 myself, but have you made sure to update its database also? Not sure if that will help or not, but it's the only thing that came to mind right off.

I just got back from a week's trip to Clinton, Ms. I have a PSR 800. I down loaded the MSWIN freqs using E-Z Scan soft ware . Selected Miss. in the soft ware , then searched MSWIN. trunked system and got all the site sstatewide and talk groups and load up the scanner. Worked great.
