Actually the TG is referred to as both channel 3 and TAC-3 over the air.
Yep. Don't listen to Greeley all that much but, I still have it programmed in for those few times I get up there or for the `weekends' when the R&B people are off. (The R&B people are sort of my `comic relief' listening. {GRIN!} Especially during the summer time. Though... Since they went and bought a bunch of John Deere equipment, motorgraders, earlier this year things have been, sadly, `amusing' for pretty much of the whole year now. {WAN GRIN!} [The John Deere equipment could easily be called `hanger queens' for all the time it's down for one reason or another. Things have been easing up a bit but, even for new equipment the, `teething pains' have been exceptionally numerous. On top of that there appear to be a few things that are just plain poor engineering that probably aren't ever really going to go away without a complete `upgrade' to a MKII version. {FROWN!}])
Still some occasional radio traffic about it as I type this at 7:30.
Caught what might be the `tailend' of it later down here.
It really is going to hell up here.
As for it going to `someplace warm that rhymes with swell'... For those people who wonder just why we are trying to "Get outa Dodge.' down here this is just another example/reason. Ever since "The People's Republic of Firestone" decided that they were going to become a `big town' things have been on that proverbial `handbasket ride'. We've been averaging about 2 - 3 `trespasses' a week and have actually had one attempted `Lab' set up out in one of our fields. (The latter didn't get too far as I called in some `backup' and all it took was one `visit' and things `disappeared' rather quickly. [The last time *I* saw the camp trailer it was headed North on the back of a County vehicle wrapped up with that wonderful yellow tape accompanied by a SO vehicle. {GRIN!}]) If this is `civilization' then we don't want any part of it!
