Green Mountain and other West Metro Fires

I can see the Green Mountain fire from my office window at the Fed Center. Looks like a worker. East side of the mountain.

Command Post sounds like Virginia and Gardenia.
O/F: WM800 TAC2 // all other WM traffic has been moved to TAC3.

Company 9, Company 11, Company 4, Company 13 and brush truck from Pleasant View. Forest Service staging on the west side of GM.

LPD just advised no evacs at this time.

U/D: Now also have a WM Full Response to a confirmed structure fire at The Inn at Lakewood @ 555 South Pierce on WM800 TAC4.

U/D: Green Mountain Division Bravo now requesting Brush truck and Tender from Fairmount.

U/D: 1530 - Green Mountain fire making a significant run to the north and west. Now requesting SEAT from Ft. Collins, and Brush/Tender from Evergreen. Division Bravo now moving to WM TAC6

You said you work for the Fed Center have you evacuatated yet? Heard some residents in that area are getting reverse 911 calls..Mostly around S. Maple and McIntyre.

Air Attack on 126.025. Good monitoring on 123.025 for the news choppers as well.

The fed center is too far east. East of Union Blvd. My house is about 2 miles away and they haven't evac'd us yet. However, houses up on the hill, west of Indiana are being evac'd. The houses in my pictures are up near Maple and McIntyre

Ok, cool. Thought i heard also that Jeffco fairgrounds was suppose to be the evac area.

Jeffco fairgrounds is right there ... right by 6th and Indiana ... the evac area is up behind there.
