I know SIRN is used in Greenbrier County regularly, but how much analog is still in use? What channels/frequencies in the database are still operational?

I hope somebody can help you with accurate information. From what I see in the DB:

a. many conventional freqs in the DB are on licensed that have been expired from 1-10 years
b. many of those same conventional frequencies do not have new [active] licenses
c. many [active] licenses in the DB with frequencies not listed in the conventional section

And I'd question the submissions from whomever submitted a lot of that data way back when

One would think there would be at least one scanner enthusiast in Greenbrief Co who knows everything that is active (conventional and trunked) and everything that should be deprecated in the DB. But, as if yet nobody has stepped up.

The LAST time that Greenbrier Co public safety data was updated by submitters was in August of 2006 - 18 years ago!
