I was wondering if anyone else has noticed that Greene County fire crews have called their Tac Channels differently than what is posted on the Greene County database?
For example I noticed with Xenia fire crews they call their Tac1 now Tac31.
May they be using their County ID numbers for their Tac channels as well?

Greene County-Fire TAC Channels

I've noticed that as well. I was hoping to find an updated list of what TAC channels are for which department so I can update the alpha tagging on my BCD-396XT.

The 2 digit tac numbers you're hearing is simply a combination number with he first digit being the station number and the second being that departments individual tac channel. Example Tac 31... the 3 being Xenia Fire....the 1 being their Tac 1..........Tac 61 would be Beavercreek's Tac 1 channel.
