Anyone able to successfully monitor Greene County open channels on OARS? Dispatch Channels should be open according to the database. I imported from RR into my BCD996XT but don't really ever hear anything. Any ideas/suggestions?

Yep, sounds like it's completely encrypted now.
Awesome. What was so wrong with leaving Dispatch channels open? Now I guess the only thing you can get on OARS is Oconee Fire dispatch.
