Grey County- West Grey Police

Looking to program West Grey Police into my Kenwood TK-780. It has a listing for the system information, I just cant seem figure out what information is required to put into my programming software for it.
It is asking for an EncID and a DecID.. Any help is greatly appreciated!

West Grey was DMR with enhanced encryption. Not sure if that’s changed recently but if they’re encrypted (which likely they still are) you won’t be listening.
