Grosse Pointes Scanner Stream

I frequently listen to the Grosse Pointes and Harper Woods scanner online.. The traffic has dropped off significantly recently. Does anyone know if Grosse Pointe police have switched to the MPSC system or another system, and if they are monitorable anymore ?
