Does the Groton City PD (Not Groton Town) really only have the one frequency, 156.12 as listed in RR?

I have never heard Groton City PD switch to their TAC channel. This summer while photographing a story in Eastern Point I asked a City cop if the ever used TAC and he told me he'd never personally used it in as long as he could recall.

I remember years ago their dispatch was on 155.07. I guess today they are able to get things done with just 156.12.
