Freescan: Groups will not load in FreeSCAN

Certain Groups will not load in FreeSCAN from Radio Reference: Example Texas-Tarrant County-Arlington.

When I select Arlington nothing imports. I am using a Uniden BCD396T

The BCD396T only allows 200 groups per system. For larger trunked systems, it may require the system be programmed more than once to account for all the talk groups.

Arlington is using P25 Phase II. Even if you did import it, you would not hear anything. The same goes for Grand Prairie, and Irving. Both of them are also utilizing TDMA (P25 Phase II).

Also, on the 396T, you have a maximum of 20 groups allowed. Are you trying to import more than that with all the various Tarrant County cities?
