Guelph Police Unit IDs?

I've been listening to guelph police lately because I can't get any other fleetnet towers and I'm totally stumped as to how they number their cars. Does anybody have any insight into this?

And speaking of Guelph PD which tower would I program in? Ballinafad?

The Guelph tower would be your best bet, I do hear them on Cedarwoods the odd time most likely when their K-9 is in town.
