Listen to the frequency on a regular scanner, if you can hear what they’re saying, it’s analog. If it sounds like buzzing, it’s digital

I don’t live in the area but I know people that work there but they don’t know the system but I did find it sounds like it’s analog I have to take a ride down there to actually see

Thanks. I’ll check my google sheets page and see what I have logged. I typically use call signs instead of names since call signs don’t change but names are what I decided at that moment lol.

Took a few hits on DPL 071. I also took a few hits on Color Code 7, which might be Gateway Community College in downtown New Haven, who is on the same frequency.

What kind of antenna do you have that you can reach new haven from Farmington/new britain area? Lol

I have several, a DB 420 and several yagis with a 460 MHz centerpoint I can hear down to pickup NYPD and up near Holyoke MA and out towards Danbury to my west. I am north of New haven

I don't know yet. I am trying to understand some of the conversations. Some are in English, but some are in Spanish, which I am not fluent in. Perhaps, someone who is nearby to the New Britain facility can confirm the DPL.

I go near new britain for work at least once a week and have some conversations of them in english talking about random things, but it's def 071 for the dpl. I submitted it for w1kne to upload. I'll be going up that way on saturday I believe to help a buddy out and I will my scanner sitting on there for an hour or 2

Certain New Haven sites has always screamed in to the New Britain area.

I have finally verified that DPL 071 is correct. I heard conversation related to the bottling of milk.
