Does anyone have a guide to monitoring Cleveland PD?

Curious if anyone can put the puzzle pieces together for what the unit numbers, phonetics and car numbers are?

I'm familiar with Codes 1-4, but curious about Adam, Barney, Charlie and David cars.

CPD guide

CPD uses a combination of numbers and letters example 1A23, or one Adam Twenty Three, the 1 is the district (Precinct) there are five now used to be six, first far west side, 2nd near west side, 3rd downtown and central, 4th southeast, and 5th northeast, each district has it's own radio channel so you only hear 1Adam23 half the time and just Adam23 the rest same thing. Adams and Barneys are 2 man cars, Adams are early starts, Barneys are late starts, Charlies to Georges are one man cars Charlies are Early, Davids are late, Edwards are early, Franks are late etc, one man cars can not respond alone to priority 1 or 2 calls, the two after the Adam is the platoon 1st morning,2nd day, 3rd night they work four 10 hour days per week.

Sams are supervisors 2Sam50 is the District Commander, 1Sam10 is the Platoon OIC, 2Sam34 is a SGT known as a roadboss, 2Ida72 is a district detective, 2Sam70, 2Sam71 are his supervisors, 3Tom66 is a district traffic(radar car), 5Victor81 is district vice (mostly narcotics), 5Sam80 is his boss,7100s are Dog wardens, 7200s are traffic enforcement (radar cars and motorcycle),7300 Traffic flow, 7400 is AIU, 7500 mounted, 7600 tow, 8100 SIU, 8270-8284? K9, 8700 Airport, 8800 Narcotics, 9100 Detectives?, 9400 Community Response, 9600 Downtown Services unit, 9800 SWAT, and air units are Choppers 1-3

Hope this helps a little
