Gulfport Police in the clear!

I don't know how long this is going to last, but as of December 31st and still right now 2:11am jan 1, 2005 GULFPORT PD is talking on analog EDACS.

Their AFS is 06-082

LOTS of traffic coming across that talkgroup right now. I've been listening to gulfport pd dispatch run tags, dispatch to domestic and accidents, I've heard units call in traffic stops. It's very active right now. I don't know if this is only for the new year's holiday, but needless to say its nice to get to hear them for a while, and it's certainly a confirmed talkgroup for gulfport pd.

The RR DB lists 06-081 as gulfport pd as well. Haven't heard anything on here yet, only on 06-082 This is using the confirmed LCN's for gulfport.

It seems that G'Port PD is the only PD that has any analog TG's.. Biloxi, and SO, and the rest are all PV....

yeah I've been listening to that Biloxi-1 list of frequencies for a week now and I can't find any of their fire or pd units on anything.

Also about 20 minutes ago I heard pd traffic on 06-083 so now that's another talkgroup they're using.

I did, last night I heard a unit call dispatch on 06-082 and requested that another unit meet him on Gulfport Patch 2. A moment later that unit and the unit he requested were talking on 06-083. So apparently they're calling 06-083 "Patch 2"
