Hey, Long time listener first time caller!
Found this on ebay while browsing for really old PRC transceivers:
Follow it back to the obviously Chinese (and heavy on the trackers) website.
and you get Guohe electronics:
And these claims are ridiculous! I mean assuming the programing is in a parsable programing language and not really hacky you could code this thing to do... a lot of communicating.
I am curious has anyone out there forked over the 2k for the 'rugged' version or $700 for the bench top version? is it any good? can you program it with a reasonable effort? are the claims on power and sensitivity true? does it do signal noise discrimination half decent?
