OK, here's the dope: My H-501 is 1 khz. off and the calibration procedure (hidden options) won't fix it. So normally in any receiver you'd adjust the reference oscillator trimmer to tweak it dead on. I've had to do this with other radios and scanners. Has anyone tried this and would it be the pll unit pictured? Have any of you opened one up and tried it? Any comment welcome, thanks!
