Please see attached Notice of Transmission for the research campaign.

Notes:
** There is new online form for submitting reception reports as indicated in the notice;

** The notice includes a Supplemental document with general information that we hope will help you observe the HAARP transmissions;

** Also included with the notice is an AIRGlow Observer Guide. We have plenty of darkness at 62 deg. N latitude right now so there may be some experiments to produce visible manifestations of the ionosphere heating;

** It is possible there will be a rocket launch at Poker Flat that will be supported by HAARP as indicated in the notice.

You might want to crosspost on the SDR receiver forum(s) as there is special benefit to monitor with SDR!

Due to extremely hazardous winter road conditions along the highways leading to the HAARP facility, the January Research Campaign has been delayed 1 day.

Please see attached Addendum 1 to the original Notice of Transmission.

The transmission notices are now posted at: https://haarp.gi.alaska.edu/transmissions including those dating back to 2022.

27 JAN Hearing here in Virginia somewhat weak ongoing possibly ~15 kHz fast sweeps shifting up or down in ~25 kHz steps occasionally.
Now centered on 3280 kHz approx . Likely HAARP. Just shifted to center on 3255 kHz approx. and now 3205 kHz approx. And now 3175 kHz.
Note: Frequencies are approximate as signal is too weak above noise at present to get an accurate measurement.

Thank you for the suggestion. Can you provide specific recommendations (web links)? Thanks!
Sorry for this late reply. The first link below is internal to RR. There is an entire world of SDR enthusiasts out there. I am still researching the technology myself. There are websites of linked SDR receivers on the planet, meaning that from your own HAARP facility you can browse to a worldwide remote receiver hosted by others and watch your experiment from one of those. I have added KiwiSDR belor and there is also WebSDR and other networks.

Outside of research campaigns, the HAARP IRI is operated depending on testing and maintenance requirements. If this occurs, it generally is during normal working hours but there is no fixed schedule and the transmissions are relatively short. Also, the test and maintenance transmissions are at relatively low power (< 10 kW).

I can setup notifications for these two links but they will need to contact me through RadioReference and make the request.
