The attached transmission notice is based on the schedule that was finalized this morning.
However, as explained in the notice, changes are possible due to changing ionospheric and geomagnetic conditions. Also, many short experiments involve LEO satellites, which have variable orbits due to atmospheric drag. The associated HAARP experiments may shift in time to accommodate those variations based on orbit calculations at the last minute.
Note that the notice actually covers two campaigns - The Polar Aeronomy & Radio Science (PARS) Summer School through16 August and then a "limited" campaign on 18-20 August.
The notice includes supplementary information that may help you detect and identify the HAARP transmissions.
