HAARP? Unknown Transmission 11-16-2011

Definately not HAARP, the antenna design does not allow direct RF that low, definately not any OTHR, sound is wrong and none go that low.

My first thought is local noise, it jsut does not have the structure of something done on purpose in that range. Local could be anything from in the house to the local horizon.

The first is STANAG 4285 (digital modem, normally encrypted), and that freq is one that has S4285 on it most of the time. To be correctly tuned you would be on 4278 kHz and USB.

The second is CODAR, and yes that station is on the air 24/7.
