Hackensack Air 2?

I caught Air 2 getting a mission on 155.2200, didn’t catch a PL? Unsure if this is a new company frequency or JEMSTAR conventional channel for scene jobs.

Transmission was heard in Rockland County, Ny.

Any information?

The PL seems to be 192.8. I don’t see it in the database. Not sure if it’s another repeater for inter facility flights or a statewide channel for alerting participating airships for scene calls.

I believe this was brought up a while back, but not finding it. It’s the first I’m hearing activity, so now that it’s implemented curious how it’s being used.

155.2200 MHz is just another "Special Emergency" category channel in the FCC's 90.20. It's not an "Emergency Medical" category channel.

The JEMS plan shows 155.22 as the frequency allotted to Passaic County for EMS use. The plan is notoriously "5 degrees off from being correct." 155.22 seems to be used in Garfield and Lodi, and is probably an overflow for HUMC.

Bold stretch trying to make a connection between the St. Louis County use of 155.22 and anything 900 miles away in NJ. Having worked in both areas, just about all operations in the St. Louis area have migrated away from VHF to 800 MHz trunking, with even some VHF trunking, as well.

Does anyone hear any flight following on the NJICS system ? I thought they had a talk group for Hackensack 2

I have monitored flight following on MEDEVAC North for Air Med 1 and MEDEVAC South for Air Med 2 from REMCS.
Also heard flight following, 155.2200 TPL 192.8, MICCOM and Also, Talkgroup 4649, MICCOM Air/SCTU talk group.
