Hackensack Fire

Just recently found the following changes for Hackensack Fire:

All Under KYU 903

159.2850/151.4225 MHz New Repeater need PL
453.5625 MHz New Repeater need PL

It looks like Hackensack will be comming off 154.385 MHz(R) to the new frequency above but this was not coordinated thru the Fire coordinator but the Forestry Coordinator

Let me just clarify so I don't get e-mails asking me if I heard anything about Hackensack. The UHF frequency (453.5625) is a hi-rise crossband repeater, that we know for sure. I think the new VHF frequency is the other side of the crossband for the UHF frequency since it's only licensed for 10 watts output power. We just don't know exactly how or exactly when they are starting to use these frequencies. Based on the FCC data, w hich is available through this site as well as via e-mail, HACKENSACK IS NOT MOVING OFF 154.3850!!
