Haitian relief efforts?

I have tried to find activity related to the relief efforts in Haiti. But have as yet to find anything. I used to live in Southeast Georgia. I would routinely hear H.F activity from that region of the world. I am now located in northwest Washington, near Seattle. I am guessing it would be hit and miss up here?

I would assume that McChord airforce base will be involved at some point?

I am using my Icom IC R 75 and a long wire antenna .
