Hakshop Never Again

Please be advise and stay away from the Hakshop. Tried to return a HackRF One with ANT500 Telescopic Antenna, still new in the box no issues with it. They never reply to emails and through their website they denied my return. Although they claim 30 day warranty on returns. Poor after sales and follow ups with customers.

I've bought through them before and would continue to. They are a small outfit running under Hak5.org. I know they were in the middle of moving office. There are only like one or two people who handle the shipping/store side of things. If you want to push it try reaching Darren at Hak5, or someone with a Hak5.org address.
