It appears that the Halton Hills Fire Department has ended their dispatch agreement with Halton Region, which saw them change their truck numbers several years ago. The truck numbers are now back to single digits and the dispatch RID’s have changed. I am hearing them on the same TAC channels, but still waiting to hear if they are back to being dispatched over a pager, or whether it is still on the trunked system via Locution.

Apparently Tillsonburg handles dispatching of Halton Hills now, however I can't actually find anything to back that up outside of the tidbit on this page.

I saw it there too and also can’t find any sourcing for it. RID’s appear to be all new for the trucks also.

I read on their website that, in addition to dispatching their own service, they also dispatch for 38 other fire stations across Ontario. That must come with a lower level of service!

Looks like they are still dispatching on the dispatch talkgroup, but it is two-tone paging, followed by the dispatchers voice. Looks like Locution is no more.

For the sake of the thread, I will keep my comments about Tillsonburg Fire Comm to a minimum. Send me a private PM if you’d like.

Been monitoring the last couple of days, looks likes the dispatchers are now referred to as "FireComm". Doesn't looks like they are using their consoles either. Seeing 82015 and 82016 as the dispatcher RID's
