Anyone please post the HALTON POLICE FREQUENCIES?

I'd sure appreciate the above as well as YORK REGIONAL POLICE FREQUENCIES as I've just brought out my BC895XLT TRUNK TRACKER and am enjoying listening again but can't in my own residential area of York? I also enjoy Halton. Thanks a bunch, Any&Everyone!

The link is here

Try the first site as it will be hard to receive Burlington or Oakville unless
you are in the local vicinity.
Program in EDACS mode, make sure you start at the first channel
in the bank, and not mid-way through.

Thanks!

Thank You Very Much, EJB & mciupa for your replies. I just got them today as Hotmail JUNKED THEM arbitrarily...lucky thing I noticed 83 items in Junk Mail and checked!!!! I"ve fixed this now, of course.

Anyway, mcuiupa: One follow up question if I may? EDACS mode: do you mean by this to program these frequencies for Halton in CONVENTIONAL as opposed to TRUNKING mode? If I'm incorrect, please clarify or someone. I'm new to this trunktracking stuff though i am beginning to understand this. Also, I'm curious as to why to start in bank 1 though I would anyway? If bank 2 is started with in error, would I not then be able to scan? I'm just trying to learn, so please be patient with me folks. Thanks again! This site is super!

No, chose one of the three sites. In TRUNKING mode, choose
EDACS. Somewhere on your display will appear an E
Enter the site freq.'s. Remember there are three sites, so only one
site per bank.

Actually, I meant channel position 1 or 101 or 201 .. etc. You can choose
what ever bank you wish, just put the freq's in the same order as the listing. For instance, don't start at ch. 28 in bank 1 and program from
that point. With EDACS, it won't work.

The most important point is though, are you receiving the control channel ? Your scanner has to latch on to it to get the talk group #'s.
If you program successfully, your display shopld show - - - - - , then
when activity is detected, a TG such as 01- 023 (e.g.) should appear.
Good luck and keep asking questions, you've invested money in your
radio and you should enjoy it to it's full potential.
