HAM 2-Meter & 440 Repeaters

I am looking for a way to find out where repeaters are that I discover on my HAM radio. I have a list of repeater frequencies however I am discovering many frequencies that are not posted. Where or how can I find out where these repeaters are and what PL tone they are using?

Southeastern Repeater Association

Become an associate member of [url="http://www.sera.org]SERA[/url]. You'll recieve the Repeater Journal quarterly. In each issue is a listing of repeaters in all SERA states, which include Georgia. SERA coordinates repeaters in all bands 10m and up.
