Traveling through KY on I71 to I65, will be coming thru Cinci and taking straight through to TN. I need some active ham radio repeaters (2m or 440) that I could rely on in the event I needed assistance. Thanks in advance.

I actually looked at that site last night, but was not sure which repeaters to use. Thanks for the info, greatly apperciated.
Really, the only ones I can say for sure are the Louisville RACES repeater and the KY4KY repeater. Sorry I couldn't help more.

146.940 (CSQ) KY4X/R Glascow, KY / 444.925 (CSQ) KY4X/R Glascow, KY (echolink available) / 147.330 (107.2) KA4CFW/R Bowling Green, KY / 147.165 (107.2) W4WSM/R Bowling Green, KY (echolink available).
Great info. Do I, as a mobile operator need to do anything special for the echolink machines?
Coming through Louisville try 145.410....pl 67, 100, or 151.4 There is usually a bunch of people on the repeater....all friendly folks (including myself - KJ4JFT)

Make sure you enter the PL for the KY4KY repeater (146.700 , PL of 79.7). It is a far reaching repeater and if you do not enter the PL, you may hit the repeater in Indy, which is on the same freq.
