Hmmm, looks like a CB 3/8 to SO-239 adapter and some left over hardware bits for $54.99 plus shipping. Judging from the size it might be resonant on 2m, 220 and 440 but with one ground radial? I think you can do a lot better for less $$.

was thinking the same, in fact I think i have 3-4 of these out in the garage in a box marked "pieces and parts".... or was that a box marked "junk"...oh well...
