Hamden PD / FD Codes

I have a old / incomplete set of codes for Hamden (probably 20 years old). Does anyone have an updated list for both the FD and the PD for Hamden, that they would not mind sharing with me? TIA

Hello,

You can get the Hamden PD codes off this web site: www.fordyce.org, then look under New Haven County. I am career firefighter / paramedic in the HFD. these are the main signals we use.

Signal:

60: On the air, can also be used for a Pri. 2 response
61: Responding Pri. 1
62: Out of service, state reason, Also used by Rescue Co.'s when Paramedic assists in to the hospital with ambulance.
63: Back in service
64:Off the air in quarters
65:Arrival at location
21:Fill out box alarm
22:Second alarm
23 Third alarm
24:4th alarm
26: Request ambulance
29: Request police
Code 100: Medical cardiac arrest
Code 200: Traumatic cardiac arrest

I hope this helps you out. Take care. All radio traffic and dispatches are heard on 154.160 with 154.010 being a non-repeater fireground channel.

Thanks. Could you also tell me what the codes are for a working fire, false alarm, etc? I do believe they are something around the "70's".
