Getting somewhat poor receiving on HC P-25 with a PSR500?

Trying different things to get reception best as possible. Any wisdom or tips out there?

I have a few other things to try.

Getting the characteristic P25 garble, drops, and fish bowl effects.:roll:

Bought one today. It definately appears to improve things. THings are much better, but not as crisp as an analog system.

yeah, kinda figured based on the learning and input from all of the knowledgable forum members here (many thanks, BTW)

I must say, the RS antenna DEFINATELY improves things dramatically, however.
