The ones no longer in use on the EDACS should b removed, and I would check to see if the LCN order has changed also. If the LCN's are the same, then just remove those freqs. I will do updating later today. Once the P25's CC is back on the air, I will run Pro96Com on it to nail the freqs and update that site on the IDPS.

Thanks! There is no way I can check the LCN order to see if it has changed. I have not removed the frequencies yet and I don't seem to be missing any radio traffic.

You should hear voice testing from time to time on TG 29130 with different radio ID numbers for that TG this morning

Don't worry about mobile versus base.

Which should I buy? 536 of HP2? I cannot afford both!

Been on the Uniden forums and they always refer me back to Indiana.

I live in 46033 Hamilton County and also listen to Marion and Hancock counties in addition to Hamilton.

Get the 536. If you get the HP2 you will likely see the same issues that other HP2 users have seen with IDPS.

Its active. Can barely get it right now as its not on very tower yet, since there are still what, 3 sites being worked on? Once thy go full simulcast testing I should be able to get it much better, especially as the new coverage footprint is better than the old EDACS one for my location.

Not sure you may want to check your radio the EDACS has been up all day all night not down however the New P25 System has been taken On and Offline over the past week. Now on the EDACS side of things some radios on the EDACS have a program issue since they took the 4 channels out for the P25 system and they have been working on that.

All sites are up keep in mind that this is the same type of system IDPS has and some scanner's will have a hard time getting clean audio unless you are right by a tower site all of witch are in Hamilton County but one in Marion. Hamilton County will not be on IDPS towers only when a unit needs to cross into Marion County and then will be on Marion County IDPS Freqs of system 1 of IDPS
