Hamilton Simcoe t/g & Charlton tower

I dont understand why this talkgroup does not affiliate in an consistent manner with the Hamilton area tower.
It seems that this talkgroup appears and then dissapears for what seems like months on end. I know that the actual EMS units would have to be in a location that they would be able to affiliate with the tower but on a daily basis these units do go to Hamilton area hospitals.

I monitor this tower on my scanner & using T88 and would love to know why this talkgroup is not on Charlton more consistenly.

They would probably switch to a Hamilton City talkgroup when coming into town.

They normally do but that IS not what I meant when I asked the question.

It seems that talkgroup 35632 affiliates with Charlton for weeks on end then dissapears for weeks, even months. Why would it be so hit & miss if there is constant EMS activity from the areas the talkgroup covers? I would figure it would be a staple like Halton on 35776 or 35600 Ham City E
