Hams in SD on 10 meters 28.3 to 28.5 MHZ

is there any hams in south dakota that has a Technican no code license and can do a sked with me when spring time gets here..? i live in Edgemont and i have a Radio Shack HTX-10 25 watt mobile radio that i think can get up to Rapid City from down here..
