Lots of hams in eastern panhandle...
Listen to the 147.255 repeater in Martinsburg, it is usually active in early evening. There is sporadic activity on the 146.745 repeater near Berkeley Springs and it has pretty good coverage. Those are probably the most popular that are in the eastern panhandle. THere are other repeaters that the hams in the panhandle frequent, but they are in either Md or Va just over the state lines.
