Hi everyone, is anyone having issues receiving dispatches on Hancock County Fire via the P25 system? I have full signal, receive all other traffic on the fire channel and all other HC-30 channels. The only traffic my scanner is ignoring are the tones and automated dispatch on the P25 system. I have confirmed this by using the 155.82 MHz.

Replacing old ones. All the old XTS/XTL go bye bye. This will be happening system wide .

Thank you. I’m using a BCD436. It’s just the fire tones it has trouble with. Thoughts?

10333 Which is GPD's TG used primarily for their main Dispatch, and info, and car to car etc... That one will be small e unless they lied, SWAT will be E, all the County Ops will be e unless they move any non LE users off of them, 10335 which is the LE Admin TG will go from e to E. Once all the new radios are in and the codeplugs updated.

I noticed several changes in late January to the Hancock County TG's. Most notable is all primary law dispatch is now on TG 10334 including GPD which used to be separate. The old GPD TG, 10333, appears to be close to E and appears to be used to conduct traffic containing personal information.

So they finally made the HQ/info into actual info/HQ. Lol took them what, just like YEARS. Will need to update the tagging and details. From hard monitoring over last few days, the ops are now mainly law enforcement for the first couple and events for last few?

The tg will be E once all the new radios are in and codeplugs done. Read the article. All but the 30-HCLE dispatch will be E.

Also Marion County is involved in this due to Cumberland. DPSC with IPSC were doing the new programming yesterday for Cumberland radios. Cumberland PD uses both SAFE-T and DPSC systems daily, and so they had to make sure that the new codeplugs in the new radios worked properly.

Here's what the article said:
They also said only a select number of channels will be encrypted.

The county’s 911 center is doing all the programming for the radios, and officials there said the county’s main dispatch channel will not be encrypted. The countywide plan is to have SWAT, investigation and a car-to-car channel for officers when group communication is needed.

So far, 10333 and 100335 are encrypted and based on the article 10340 SWAT.

Yesterday I saw this TG in use and not surprisingly it was ENC

10331 285b D 30-FG6-INV County Fire Marshal Fire-Talk
Do you know if it was a 93099xx RID? I saw that RID on a Hancock LE INV TG, and an unlisted Hendricks Co TG.
