Hancock County MSWIN Talkgroup?

I ham hearing activity on TGID 32400 this morning. Sounds like crews out inspecting/testing hydrants.
Any idea if this is fire or public works?

Ok I believe it is Fire department, they just said "Engine 3 needs fuel"
The operator will get fuel and meet them at Station 2
Not sure which department.
