Hand Held Scanner Desk Top Holder?

Anyone come across a desk top holder for a hand held scanner on the web?
I'm looking for one that will hold the scanner at a 45º angle or less (tilted back).

People seem to have good luck using metal book ends for scanner stands. You can clip the radio to the top of it and bend it back as far as you like.

Instead of bending it, just turn it upside down. This provides a better base and the clip fits quite nicely over the part of the bookend that normally goes under the books. If you can find the ones that have the rubberized bottom (normally the bottom) it is even better.

Another is the metal typist's copy stand. These are already sloped at a convenient angle for viewing. I use one and have an external speaker mounted below, works very well.
