With the current state of self distancing ...I have had time to dig out some old scanner Pro97 and listen to some local civil air as I am located within 10 miles of KPHL in South Jersey.
In any case I have been running back and forth between a Watson W901 and a Maldol AL-500H and seem to think the Maldol is destroying the Watson.
I also learned my entire vehicle is made out of aluminum and my mag mount mobile base no longer is useable.
Has anyone else had time with either of the two antennas mentioned above? Is this similar to what you experience in performance of the two?
