i was putting the freq for hanover in my scanner trunkking as well but i dont hear nothing i was wondering have they gone p-25 or are they still anolog

May be due to Callao is located 45 miles from nearest Hanover tower.

I agree; you'd need an outdoor antenna at least; possibly a directional antenna and preamp to pickup the Hanover system from Callao.

The closest you are to good Hanover reception would probably be on SR30 just west of West Point. Much better signal near King William CH than in central Hanover County.
